Burton Bradstock Community Land Trust AGM – 23 July 2026

Please see below the AGM Notice for Thursday 23 July 2026, at 6pm in the Reading
Room.
Again the difficulty in finding or being offered a suitable site is still with us. This has been
exacerbated further by Dorset Council publishing their consultation draft plan for the provision of
30,000 new houses in Dorset over the next 17 years. This included over 100 new houses on three
sites within the village which ironically could provide 25 affordable homes.

Although the meeting is expected to be a little more than a formality there will be opportunity for
members to ask questions, express any opinions or suggestions they may have.
